I would like to share with you that we are taking the extreme heat conditions very seriously. I had a meeting with all my staff about how to best manage these temperatures for the  riders, the horses and ponies and for themselves.

Lessons will take place either in the indoor arenas with doors and windows open to improve air flow, water near by for anyone who needs it, including buckets of water and towels for both riders and horses (seperate ones of course!). Cups are available and all taps have safe drinking water. When possible they may also go down and ride in our fields where they can be in the woods and walk through the water in the rivers. We will also have water sprinklers on at certain times both for watering the arenas, but also allowing children to go and cool down under them;)

The indoor horses are turned out at night in the cool and brought in during the day, with fans and the floors watered regularly. The outdoor ones have shelter, woods and rivers to keep themselves comfortable. In all cases we will stay vigilante and take care of our riders and horses as best we can!
